In 2005, Everbest Wood Products Sdn Bhd was established, and we expand our business to international market such as China, Thailand, Philippines, Mexico, Australia, Canada, The Middle East, etc.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
As a manufacturer of Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) Engineered Wood, we specialize in manufacturing high-quality doors and plywood products, delivering complete solutions from raw logs to finished panels. Our integrated production process ensures consistency, precision and superior craftsmanship at every stage.
We take pride in a fully controlled production line - starting from raw wood selection to the final door panel, ensuring every product meets quality standards.

Stage 1 : Log Selection & Preparation
Only premium grade timber is chosen and carefully prepared for processing to ensure strength and uniform texture.
Stage 2 : Veneer Production
Log are peeled into thin veneer sheets, then dried and graded to achieve the desired thickness and quality.
Stage 3 : Plywood Assembly
Veneers are layered, glued and hot pressed into durable plywood sheets - forming the structural base for our doors and other products.
Stage 4 : Molding of Door Skins
Using precision molds, the veneer surface is pressed and formed into patterned and textured door skins.
Satge 5 : Finished Door Panel
Door skins are bonded with the core structure and frame, the pressed into solid door panel ready for handling.
